日本潜水機株式会社｜社外取締役に内藤眞氏が就任

日本潜水機株式会社（本社：神奈川県海老名市、代表取締役：大沼智子）は、経営体制の強化のため、2023年6月16日より新たに社外取締役として内藤眞氏を選任し、同日付で就任したことをお知らせいたします。

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Makoto Naito as our new Outside Director from the 16th June, 2023 to refine and strengthen our management system.

内藤氏には、ソニーで20年以上の経歴を重ねた後、グローバルな上場企業で代表取締役を歴任された経験から、独立性を保った客観的な視点で、当社に国内外に通じる幅広い経営知見をもたらすことを期待し、当社事業の改革と経営近代化を推進するためご支援をいただきます。

Mr. Naito is expected to bring an objective and wide-ranging management knowledge to Nihon Sensuiki Co., Ltd. based on his experience of serving as representative director of some global listed companies like NCR and will supervise the promotion of business reforms and management modernization.

経歴

ソニーで20年以上(ロンドン・ニューヨーク駐在含)の経歴を重ねソニー・コンピュータエンタテイメントのバイスプレジデントを務めた後、アカマイジャパン、NTTコミュニケーションズ、日本IBM、シュナイダーエレクトロニック、デル、CAテクノロジージャパン、日本NCR、DXCテクノロジージャパンの代表取締役社長等の要職を歴任。

After working at Sony for more than 20 years and serving as Vice President of Sony Computer Entertainment, he held the important positions at Akamai Japan, NTT Communications, IBM Japan, Schneider Electronic, Dell, and CA Technology Japan, he served as CEO of Advanet.
